Pilgis?

For development of the future version of RoKK, BI created a sample country called Pilgis. This is essentially me asking BI what's up with Pilgis and what he wants to do with it.

It's a nation defined almost singularly about how there's nothing interesting to write about it. Predicatably, I got bored.

So...scrap it?

Maybe not, if there's not an easy-enough alternative to try practicing some of the things we want to implement.
