MN, Chaos and myself will be considered the co-creators of the newly released world of RoKK. This status will not be posted on the site or on our profiles. However, when RoKK is finally open to role playing the research and development section will be hidden and accessible only by us. It will continue to serve as a place to create new role-playing campaigns and lore as it has done so in the past. The three of us have done an amazing job of listening, compromising, and incorporating our ideas and the creative result is truly impressive. One of the problems in RoKK’s past has been too many conflicting opinions and a poor work ethic. We are consistent and work well together and there is little reason to change that.

In addition we will have a public creation forum where everyone from the community can post ideas (no matter how big or small) that can then be constructively criticized, complimented and built upon. Those who show true dedication to the creative aspect of RoKK can be given access to the research and development section.

This would be especially true for people like Bronkor. Frankly in Bronkors case he should probably be given immediate access to the research and development section of the co-creators.

What you propose is nothing new. You are basically suggesting reinstating the Council, and have it consist of you, MN, myself, and Bronx, as well as what the Council entails (private R&D, exclusive membership).

This is fine by me. MN has stayed since the original founding days of the project, the famous MSN chat logs that started it all, and you have shown continuous work ethic since you've been back.

Once RoKK is open completely to role playing, R&D will become private, though there will be a public R&D for non-Council to post things, like you say, and also for the Council to post changes to gauge public opinion before it's ratified. I'd already had this planned.

Qualification guidelines for Council membership (or Council membership by any other name, doesn't have to remain as the Council) will be made at some point, although granting actual membership is planned to be democratic.

Precisely. Though I'd prefer we didn't try to make ourselves exlusive by calling ourselves the Council. We don't need titles. Just an unspoken understanding.

We'll need some sort of title. It can be changed simply to Developers. People will want to know why there's a select group that can work on R&D. "Oh, well, they're the developers." Just some term to know us by. 'Council' is just the term that was used in the past.
