Organizational Suggestion for RP & OOC threads
Okay, so I was thinking about organization of RP/OOC threads in a pretty general sense and had a thought: If we're intending to build this site to eventually be used by a significantly larger number of players it might be worth looking at having just a handful of specific formatting rules for RP/OOC threads.
The specific thoughts that I had and which spurred me to bring this up, is that it might be a good idea to
1) Include a hyperlink to the corresponding OOC thread at the top of the first post of any RP thread, and likewise a link to the first page of the RP thread at the top of every OOC thread. That way when many campaigns are all running at once, with potentially hundreds or more users, and threads are getting updated all the time in random order, people wanting to find their RP or OOC thread will only need to keep track of one link to that thread, rather than two.
2) Have subtitles for forums which more explicitly state what that forum is for (ie: Insight into Such Stories would be subtitled ("OOC threads corresponding to RP threads below," or even actually spell out "out of charcter"). This will make initial site navigation much easier for newcomers. I know most of you've all been around here since near the beginning and know where everything and what it means/is for because you were there when it was made. But speaking as a MUCH more recent newcomer, I can tell you with full confidence that such clarifications would make things much easier on people who first are coming to the site and trying to pick everything up.
3) Possibly have another separate sub-forum (just like Insight into Such Stories is a subforum of Stories that We Weave) in the "Stories that We Weave" forum which is just for purely "story" postings, rather than RP stories for multiple users/players (IE: like the after-action report isn't an "RP story" it's just a "story.")
Note: This thread wasn't JUST to suggest these things, but also to be a place to post further suggestions/ideas if anyone has some.
Edit: Also, I just noticed this was possible, and I think we might want to look into a way to change it/prevent it: a user is currently allowed to change Usernames at will. Just pop over to the profile page and you can edit it whenever. I think if we intend a bunch of other users to come here, it might make building a community difficult if members can change their names. It would also just be confusing.

Re: Organizational Suggestion for RP & OOC threads
I had not yet read that, but I'd talked to Chaos earlier this year around end of February/early March and had suggested a nearly IDENTICAL organizational method to him then. I believe he may have forgotten that thread since at the time I was explaining it he didn't bring up that the idea had been mentioned before and seemed to think that it was a really good idea.
