This shall be the repository for Servants and Masters. Masters need not be statted, but Servants should be for sake of ease. Masters and Servants should be kept together whenever possible. This shall also be the location for incidental character bios.

Possessing of a draconic heritage, it is normally kept in check by her force of will. When Prana is low, or when she supresses her will to allow the heritage to manifest, Increases physical attributes by one rank. Features become more draconic the more the heritage is released, capacity for human reasoning decreases as well. Similar to "Mad Enhancement" except instincts become "Beast-like" as opposed to "Single-minded". The more time spent under the effect, the harder it is to re-suppress.

Noble Phantasm:

God of War, Blessing of Bishamonten: A
Passive. Turns aside magically enhanced attacks, Noble Phantasms, and the like, or rather, reduces the chance to hit enough, that it functionally becomes 0%. A weapon that "Always strikes true" bypasses this by having a functionally infinite chance to hit. Does not work against mundane attacks, or weapons that are inherently magical in nature but used in a mundane manner. Considered an incredibly high Luck effect. Ineffective against wide-range attacks.

Special Equipment:

Kaleidostick Ruby: Sentient artifact wand crafted by Zelretch and given to Tohsaka Rin as a "joke". Made its way to Emiya Shirou and turned him female. Possessing of a rather "playfully" malicious personality, it delights in the suffering and embarassment of its owner. Capable of changing shape and being used as various weapons, but only when it feels like it. Possibly a lolicon.

Skills:
Discernment of the Poor: C : Pang Tong was widely known for his ability to estimate a man's worth and strengths, but was often shown to over or underestimate. Thus Pang Tong's judgement's may have up to one full rank of error.

Expert of Many Specializations: C : Pang Tong worked for many masters in many capacities before he found peace in service under Liu Bei. In that time he acted as a spy, general, tactician, strategist, adviser, and governor. His retention of the skills is low, but he still knows the basics.

Eye of the Mind(True): B : Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.

Subversive Tactics: A : The talent to reduce the enemy forces in the preliminary stages, before going into battle. An expert of traps. However, the higher is the ranking of this Skill, the more one's spiritual status as a hero declines. It is possible to disable nearly 60% of the total military force before the enemy advances.

Taoism - A variant of Walking And Breathing, through achieving an understanding of the methods of the world, many feats may be completed. Unlike traditional magecraft both the means and the limitations differ. Any "result" must be something that would arise naturally from any given law of nature, even if working in utter isolation.
(Example: Pang Tong's understanding of Taoism allows him to escape a pursuer upon a galloping horse by walking away slowly. Because he is walking away from the pursuer, and it is natural that walking away from something increases the distance between it and the walker.)


Noble Phantasm(s):
Victory Under Red Cliffs- A+ Anti-Army
Not a true noble phantasm, but rather a strategy so absolute as to supersede fate itself. Having little power of his own Pang Tong instead recalls to an impossible victory to the present, a "condition" is named at the outset, if fulfilled the enemy suffers great disaster. Of course the condition can't be just anything he could do himself....
Pang Tong designates an area, and names a 'condition', which he is incapable of fulfilling himself. Until the condition is met, Pang Tong must keep line of sight on the area, but does not need to actually be present. If the condition is met, all enemies within the area suffer great misfortune, losing their greatest advantage, and gaining a significant disadvantage.


Personality:
Pang Tong is lazy, carefree man who would much rather while away the day sleeping in the sun than working. He's very curious, and enjoys teasing those around him. Well, despite appearances he holds onto his passions deeply and tightly,

Heroic Spirit: Mordred

Titles: The King of Traitors, the Deceiver of Knights, The Bastard King, the Usurper.

Class: Assassin

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Strength: C - While as strong as Saber in life (Even stronger as he was male) Mordred's legend simply never attained the fame that Arthurs did and thus his strength is not comparable to that of his noble parent when both are at full power. This is indeed true of many of his attributes.

Agility: B

Noble Phantasm: A+

Non Legendary Armaments: Mordred wore a full set of steel plate armor in life, enchanted by his mother to aid him in battle. It is strong and capable of absorbing much abuse even from legendary weapons. Though Silver in color in, his armor was stained black the after he dealt his own father a mortal blow, though it was black for only a little of his life that is how it has ascended with him, an eternal symbol of his treachery and the ultimate stain on chivalry that he left, having betrayed and slain both his Father and his King.

Morderd also carrys with him a simple dagger with which he sometimes used to assassinate people.

Riding: B – Ability to ride most vehicles or mounts with above average skill.

Charisma: B – though it is technicality at the same rank Mordred possesed more Charisma than Arthur did, one of the few areas in which he surpassed his 'Father'. Using this he was able to bring many Knights to his side and deceive the entire nation, convincing them to rebel against Arthur and crown him King.

Prana Burst: B – In order to equip her son as best as posible for the day on which he would overthrown his 'Father' Morgan Le Fay put forth all her skill during Mordreds development and successfully endowed him with a prana burst capacity comparable to Arthurs. Using it he can increase his strength, Agility or Endurance by one full Rank, however he cant increases all of them at the same time and must chose one out of the three. By with this it I possible for him to possess A rank strength, or Agility for a short period of time.

Witchcraft: C – As a homunculus and the son of a great enchantress Mordred secretly received instruction from his Mother in the ways of Magcraft. Using this he is able to preform self upkeep on his Homunculus body and create familiars, usually out of crows or hawks. He never delved into Magcraft seriously however and the higher aspects of magic are out of his grasp.

Noble Phantasm:

Clarent, Chivalry's End: Rank A+

The White Sword of Peace that King Arthur possessed, while a fantastic blade and magical, Clarent was used for purposes of knighting and ceremony by King Arthur rather than war. It was 'the sword that bestowed honor' and was rarely if ever used in battle. It was left in Camelot when Arthur left for France however and Mordred stole it and used it as a means of support for his eligibility as King during his treachery. It was with this sword that he matched Excalibur during his last duel with Arturia and it was with this sword that he laid his 'Father' low.

Like his armor the sword was stained black by this act and became a cursed blade, bearing the title Chivalry's End. Contrary to what it once was the Sword is now a bane to all things that it once stood for and decreases all of Mordred's opponents physical parameters by one full Rank or more when he is fighting anyone who subscribes to the code of Chivalry or any other similar code such as Bushido. It is a strong antithesis to Knights which it once honored and Kings which it once served, sapping their power and forcing them to fight at reduced strength. As the legendary blade the finished King Arthur and destroyed the greatest height of Chivalry this affect is on the level of True Magic cannot be warded off by means of magical resistance.

The effect becomes stronger the more virtuous its opponent is, attaching a minus to the stats of most knights, and bringing people who were especially noted for their virtue and honor such as Gawain, or Bedivere down a full rank.

To Arturia Pendragon it possesses a special potency, not only bringing her Stats down one rank but also sealing off much of her great battle instinct.

Clarent is a sword of treachery that acts not my empowering its Master but by weakening his enemy's, a method that is similar to treachery, and a reflection of how Mordred worked in life. The Sword makes him a deadly opponent to Heroic Spirits like Arturia or Lancalot even though he is neither as skilled or as powerful as they are.

The Sword has little affect on Hero's who did not subscribe to a code of Chivalry or the like, making it of little use against most Greek Hero's or other such Spirits.

It has no effect upon evil heroic Spirits who possessed on honor.

Appearance: Mordred looks like a younger man, rather short with pale skin and blond hair. While small most of his figure is hidden behind dark, nearly black armor that covers him from foo to neck leaving only his face exposed.
